  Includes all of the above, plus preliminary concept sketches or design outline (if applicable), budget optimisation advice, guidance on planning or regulatory considerations, and a follow-up call or email review session.

• Premium Planning Package – £500
  Includes everything in Comprehensive, plus multiple concept/layout options (if applicable), an in-depth feasibility and design discussion, an extensive written proposal outlining phased approaches or alternative solutions, and a dedicated project planning session covering scope, timeline, and budget.

All consultation fees are fully deducted from your total project cost if you decide to proceed with us.
